Executive Training & Consulting is
a leader in developing and offering business-related
seminars for the international business arena. Our
seminars (standard or tailor-made) are developed along
three principle guidelines:
I. International dimension
The
first guideline requires that we integrate an intercultural
component into
nearly everyone of our seminars. From motivation and
job design to strategy and skills development, we
believe that each area of business is strongly influenced
by national culture and, therefore, to be effective
it is essential to familiarize with the dynamics of
culture at every level of management.
The second guideline stresses that
the only real way to internalize learning is to have
multiple chances to engage in the task at hand. That's
why we strive to design our seminars to be a hands-on,
learn-by-doing experience from the very beginning of
the workshop.
Finally, we believe that our seminars
must not only be interesting and engaging (otherwise
even our trainers would get bored) but they must also
be useful to the participant, something that can be
implemented - straight away.
