
Wolfgang Fuchs, Dr. (German) worked in industry for many years as an advertising and marketing consultant. He is currently professor of Marketing and Advertising at the Hochschule der Medien in Stuttgart - and is also an independent consultant in the area of international advertising, presentations and after-sales communication. He is also part of the BET&C team where he offers seminars in B2B marketing and Branding. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, travelling to France, and jogging with his dog. Wolfgang holds an M.A. in Economics and a Ph.D in communications science from the University of Augsburg.

Michelle Feneberg (South African) ) is a faculty member at the European University (Munich Campus) where she teaches Leadership and Advertising. Her fields of expertise include Customer Relationship Management and Marketing, areas in which she gained extensive experience whilst working on the Volkswagen and Audi brands.
As an acclaimed speaker, Michelle also coaches business people in public speaking and presentation skills. Her hobbies include scuba diving, flying light aircraft and reading. Michelle holds a B.Com in Business Economics (Wits) and an MBA from Univ. of South Africa.

Tony Fowles (British) has worked as a business skills, project management and intercultural trainer for over 20 years in England, France, the U.S.A. and Germany. He is a published author with a number of educational titles -including one on business case-studies for trainers. When not working, Tony enjoys cooking, writing, and spending time with his family. Tony holds a B.A. in German and a M.A. in Education from the University of London.

Sabine Havenstein (German) is an intercultural communications and leadership trainer and a business coach based in Germany. A particular strength of hers is in training and coaching others to adapt their presentations to different cultures and business contexts around the world. She has spent many years working in different countries and was a board member of SIETAR Germany (an intercultural publication and professional association). Sabine trains future coaches in a 1-year coach-training course at the Munich Academy for Business Coaching. She holds an M.A. from Eberhardt-Karls-Universität Tübingen, has also studied at universities in the USA and Spain and is a certified trainer and systemic business coach.

Ruben Hernandez (American) is the founder and director of BET&C. He has provided a number of training programs and consulting services to organizations in numerous sectors of the economy throughout Europe and North America. His special focus in training includes business skills, leadership and intercultural training. As a consultant, Ruben is active in supporting organizational culture-change programs as well as coaching individuals and teams on maximizing their performance. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, hiking, cooking, and painting. Ruben is a graduate of UCLA with an M.A. in Education and has an MBA from the OUBS in England. He's also a certified coach from Corporate Coach University International in the UK.

Tom Klein (Canadian-German) has been a comm-unications trainer and management consultant in Germany since 1990. His focus includes conflict facilitation, team building, and leadership training. He is also an accredited NLP instructor. In all his seminars Tom supports his participants in expanding beyond old boundaries and experiencing themselves 'out of the box' of their current perception of their working lives. When not working he enjoys Tai Chi, meditation and skiing. Tom holds a B.A. in Political Science and a Ph.D. in Social and Political thought from York University in Toronto, Canada.

Tina Patel (Indian-American) is an intercultural consultant and a trainer with a special focus on India, USA and Germany. She works for the industry sector as well as lectures at universities. In her interactive seminars she enables participants to experience culture using all their senses. Tina takes great pleasure in combining work with free time by meeting people from different cultures, reading travel stories and experimenting with vegetarian cuisine. She holds a Masters degree in Public Health and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. research in Hannover

Rhys Marc Photis (European, UK-Germany) has lived and worked in 10 European countries - including Germany, Poland, Switzerland, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Sweden. Rhys therefore offers proven, hands-on experience of multicultural team development, the management of international projects and pan-European business, market entry strategies and corporate development. At present he is working as a senior lecturer teaching on an MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management and an honorary lecturer in cross-cultural communication at 'The University of Birmingham'. In his spare time, Rhys likes jogging and working out, cooking and good films. He has a diploma in Commercial Export and Import Trading as well as an MBA. He is also a certified coach from The Coaching Academy in the UK.
Lina Sjamsil-Monham (Indoneasian - Chinese) is now based in Germany, but has lived in nine different countries and continues to work in many more. She has over 12 years experience of working cross-culturally as a corporate and organisational trainer, facilitator and coach, both in Germany and globally, and is currently working with a range of international blue chip and public sector organisations in Europe & Asia. Her main focus is on enabling organisations to leverage the potential of their cultural diversity for competitive advantage. A versatile trainer and coach she works with senior managers and team leaders for a number of Fortune 500 Companies. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, reading, and going to the theatre.
Her qualifications include a BA in Psychology and Communications, an MA in International Communications and an MBA. She speaks English, German, Indonesian, Malay fluently and can communicate adequately in Chinese (Mandarin) and Spanish.

Roger Voight (American) is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) with more than thirty years experience in software architecture and development (both development and training). He has conducted projects in widely varying business areas such as travel, accounting, marketing, medicine, legal, insurance, education and government. He has delivered project management training and consulting on a world-wide basis since 1996 to such organizations as IBM, AT&T, Nortel, Motorola, Eli Lilly and Hewlett Packard. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Alabama in Physiology and Biophysics and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University. He is an avid cyclist, occasional downhill skier and always on the lookout for a chess partner. He speaks English and German.
