"Effective
knowledge transfer is perhaps the key competitive
factor among organizations today." -

General
Overview
An average cross section of any large group will reveal
that 25% of individuals within that group learn best
through lectures and printed documentation. That means
that three quarters of that group learns most effectively
using some other method. Yet most training workshops
still rely on a lecture method (with numerous text
transparencies) to convey information optimally to
only a minority listeners - excluding the remaining
majority. The challenge here is to conduct a seminar
which genuinely involves everyone. To help meet that
challenge, BET&C offers a 3 - 5 day workshop
that will provides trainers with the needed knowledge
and skills to conduct successful workshops themselves.
