International Project Management

General Overview

If you want your projects to be successful, you must delight your customers by satisfying their requirements and high expectations - all within their desired timeframe and budget. To meet this challenge on an international level, you need to have a solid foundation in project and people management skills - as well as possess the needed intercultural skills to consistently achieve maximum results.

This 4-day practice-based seminar combines theoretical knowledge and people skills - and will equip participants to be effective project management leaders along the current best practices recommended by the Project Management Institute.
