General Overview
This 2½-day workshop equips
participants with the essential skills needed to conduct
or attend meetings with international business partners
in English. The focus is to prepare participants to
structure, set objectives, establish meeting targets,
use the specific language of meetings and handle the
various communication difficulties that are typically
encountered in meetings.
In
addition the role of the chairman (as facilitator)
is analyzed - and practiced repeatedly. Finally, an
intercultural component is included for holding effective
meetings internationally as well as a simple 4-stage
problem-solving process that is easy to use and effective
in achieving positive results.
