General Overview
A facilitator is more than someone who guides the
interaction during a meeting. A group facilitator
can have a positive impact as a coach, problem-solver
and as an effective traffic-director who coordinates
the flow of ideas leading to concrete solutions. Most
of all, he or she can help transform systems to become
more "co-intelligent." In this 2-day seminar
participants will learn a structured method of how
to weave everyone's wisdom into a practical plan,
coach a group to talk through difficult issues and
ressolve conflicts between individuals or on a group
level.
