To do business across borders today requires not only
a common language - but a knowledge of where different
cultural perspectives could lead to unintentional
confusion, misinterpretation, and disagreement.
This
2 or 3-day program will equip participants
with the essential skills needed to communicate effectively
with international business partners - as well as
provide them with the competence to manage and interact
successfully across two or more cultures.
All international managers and support
staff operating in a cross-cultural environment.
The seminars include a balance of
general theories, practical role simulations and specific
cultural information which will enable participants

in which their foreign colleagues do business. Some

- Understanding
