General Overview
Change is like a two-edged sword. It can build a more
focused, more responsive organization - or it can
backfire - leading to greater weakness and significant
financial losses. One way to greatly enhance a company's
chances of success in any change program is to approach
it systemically (as a system). Managers need to learn
to balance the various components of change simultaneously
- instead of in the usual bits and pieces approach
used today. In this 3 - 5 day seminar on change,
participants will learn how to develop and implement
effective change strategies. They will learn to meet
the challenges of change in the external environment
- with change from within.
