General overview
This 2-day workshop explains why strategic
planning can help managers make the right decisions
in the short term. Participants learn how to select
the right strategy tools in different situations,
and to assess financial risk associated with the
results of the plans. Special attention is given
to current topics such as valuation, business
restructuring, and the effects of converging markets
in Europe (i.e., globalization). The focus is
to set a framework for long-term business development
of any business, using an intuitive navigation
system approach. Current business conditions will
be analyzed and their implications for todays
strategic plan discussed. Finally, an intercultural
component is included
