Ruben Hernandez (American) is the founder and director
of BET&C. He has provided a number of training
programs and consulting services to organizations
in numerous sectors of the economy throughout Europe
and North America. His special focus in training includes
business skills, leadership and intercultural training.
As a consultant, Ruben is active in supporting organizational
culture-change programs as well as coaching individuals
and teams on maximizing their performance. In his
spare time, he enjoys reading, hiking, cooking, and
painting. Ruben is a graduate of UCLA with an M.A.
in Education and has an MBA from the OUBS in England.
He's also a certified coach from Corporate Coach University
International in the UK.
