Rhys Marc Photis (European, UK-Germany)
has lived and worked in 10 European countries - including
Germany, Poland, Switzerland, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia,
Czech Republic, Slovakia and Sweden. Rhys therefore
offers proven, hands-on experience of multicultural
team development, the management of international
projects and pan-European business, market entry strategies
and corporate development. At present he is working
as a senior lecturer teaching on an MSc in Strategic
Human Resource Management and an honorary lecturer
in cross-cultural communication at 'The University
of Birmingham'. In his spare time, Rhys likes jogging
and working out, cooking and good films. He has a
diploma in Commercial Export and Import Trading as
well as an MBA. He is also a certified coach from
The Coaching Academy in the UK.
