Lina
Sjamsil-Monham (Indoneasian - Chinese) is now based
in Germany, but has lived in nine different countries
and continues to work in many more. She has over 12
years experience of working cross-culturally as a
corporate and organisational trainer, facilitator
and coach, both in Germany and globally, and is currently
working with a range of international blue chip and
public sector organisations in Europe & Asia.
Her main focus is on enabling organisations to leverage
the potential of their cultural diversity for competitive
advantage. A versatile trainer and coach she works
with senior managers and team leaders for a number
of Fortune
500 Companies. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling,
reading, and going to the theatre.
Her
qualifications include a BA in Psychology and Communications,
an MA in International Communications and an MBA.
She speaks English, German, Indonesian, Malay fluently
and can communicate adequately in Chinese (Mandarin)
and Spanish.
