working in personnel development for top German and
American companies. His experience is very extensive
and includes establishing management training curricula
that supported corporate strategy, culture change
and executive management development - for companies
such as Messerschmitt Bölkow Blohm, ABB Germany
and Digital Equipment. Currently, Gerd-Georg (GG)
has his own consulting firm "a Trust Company"
which focuses on the development and implementation
of business strategy, coaching programs, culture change
and training curricula. A key philosophy in his work
is that it should be fun - for himself and his clients.
In this way work will be creative, constructive and
the effects, enduring. In his spare time, GG enjoys
